Red Velvet Bûche
The Red Velvet Bûche was the first thing we hit on. With every bite, we could feel the Bûche melting in the mouth and the taste of the cream cheese made it even fancier. One thing that we came to know here was that they do not at use sponge in their cakes, but focus on mousse. It was made with white cream cheese and done with a coating of mouth-watering red velvet. With just one bite, and you will fall in love with this. It was cut in the shape of a log of wood and served by slice.
Chocolate Mille Feuille
Then we were served the Chocolate Mille Feuille – even though the dessert is rich, you cannot stop at one bite and will want to finish the entire slice. So in France what they do is they prepare logs made of Mille Feuille and then served by slices. So, Chocolate Mille Feuille was a crunchy preparation in layers. It has those old school chocolate flavour, which one is going to remember for long.

Royal Chocolate Bûche
The Signature entry of L’Opéra is the Royal Chocolate Bûche, made up of silky Belgian dark chocolate, delightfully crunchy base, and lip-smacking caramel chocolate ganache.
